How much does rent start at, and what is included in the rent?
$1325, includes rent only, utilities separate.
What amenities are included in the apartments and throughout the community?
Pool, spa, sauna, half basketball court, BBQ area, playground, fitness center, and business center.
Are your apartments pet-friendly? What are the pet policies, fees, and amenities?
Animal friendly; limit two pets, breed restrictions, $25-30 annual pet screening fee, $200 deposit per animal, $300 pet fee per animal, $35 monthly pet rent 1st, $25 monthly pet rent 2nd.
What lease terms are available? Do you offer short-term leases?
12 months and longer with notarized lease. Due to rent control in WA state we don't offer shorter term leases.
How do I schedule an in-person or virtual tour?
In-person on virtual tours can be scheduled online, by calling/emailing the site, or if preferred dropping in.
How do I apply for an apartment? What are the application requirements and fees?
Applications can be found online: https://www.autumnchasevancouver.com/apartments/wa/vancouver/apply-now. Requirements: 2.5 times monthly rent prior to taxes on income, cost is $63.50 app fee plus $5.95 convenience charge for online processing site, holding fee of $300 once application submitted, $300 admin fee, applicable apartment and animal deposits.
Is parking available for residents and guests?
Yes, most units have an assigned carport which is $65/monthly, but there are open spaces as well. ParkM registration is required at this site. Resident: $8/monthly. Guests from 11pm-7am: $5 guest pass.
What utilities are included, and which are the resident's responsibility?
No utilities are included. Residents pay: electric through Clark Public Utilities. Water, sewer, garbage, common electric, common gas, and pest control are paid through rent portal.
Is the community gated or secured?
Not gated or secured. Site has patrol services.
What schools serve the community?
Fircrest Elementary School, Cascade Middle School, and Evergreen High School.
What public transportation, highways, and commuter options are nearby?
Ctran offers bus lines off of Mill Plain a few blocks away. I-205 and SR-14 are blocks away with I-5 about a 7 minute drive.
What restaurants, grocery stores, shopping, and entertainment are nearby?
Restaurants: Elmers, Breakfast at Valeries, Fuji's Dough & Ramen, That Terrace, NYC Pizzeria, Café Yumm, Jersey Mike's, MOD Pizza, Wingstop, Taco Bell, Muchas Gracias, Burgerville, Domino's, Pizza Hut.
Grocery: Fred Meyer, Trader Joe's, Walmart, Safeway, Winco Foods, Chuck's Produce.

What makes this apartment community unique compared to other apartments in the area?
Autumn Chase is unique in part due to it's history in the community with so many people having lived here at one point or another or knowing someone whom has. It's a place that seems familiar, comfortable, and makes you remember things. Also, although it has a variety of different floor plans each one is so unique, and it has that older charm that so many communities are lacking these days.
